Don't go here!! This place ruined 2 good wool sweaters I took in to be cleaned, and when I picked them up there was a large hole in one. They steam pressed the sweaters, which flattens them and stretches them out, then they hung the sweaters
on hangers which stretched them even more. Both sweaters now go down to my knees. The man there would not accept any responsibility and did not seem to be at all concerned. I'll never go there again! I'd give the place no stars.

Noticing that he advertises alterations, I had him replace a zipper on a very nice winter coat. When I got it back, I was appalled at the work. Nothing was remotely straight... the zipper barely functioned in places, the stitching wandered everywhere, the coat had mysterious and very visible cuts near the zipper.
Without exaggeration, it is so bad, there is no way I would wear this coat as-is. It is largely ruined.
The worst part is that, though he agreed it wasn't good work, he felt that it was simply my bad luck that it turned out that way. He took no responsibility for the quality of work, nor did he offer to correct it. Yet, he insisted that I pay for the repair or he wouldn't return the coat to me. He then told me that if I don't like the quality of his alterations, that it was ok, I could just bring him my dry cleaning. NEVER.

I had a new, beautiful dress with white on the top and black on the bottom (all polyester). I wore it one time and decided to follow the tag instructions and have it dry cleaned. My mom dropped it off and picked it up for me. The moment I saw it I could tell that the white was now grey and dingy. I went to the shop (07.23.16) and explained myself kindly to the man. He barely let me speak. He told me basically that I shouldn't have bought a dress like that because it will discolor the white. He's a dry cleaner, he's supposed to care for my items. He said he washed it separately and this always happens to items like this. He completely changed my dress. More care should have been taken on his part. I know colors can bleed and that extra care has to be taken when washing certain items. He wouldn't offer a refund or anything. He has lost a customer. Please DO NOT COME HERE.

I have been taking my shirts and suits here for over two years now and have never had an issue. The owner is very pleasant and communicates very well about expected time of delivery and price. Price- very good as he has a standing discount on his services. I really appreciate, too, that he is using an environmentally safe system.

I've been using this dry cleaner for several years, almost since they opened. Never a problem. Men's dress shirts, suits, dress pants. Women's dresses, blouses, and duvet covers. Very competitive pricing. Friendly and timely service.

I've had two 2-piece suits dry-cleaned by this business. Both suits came back well-cleaned in neat plastic bags. The store is friendly, clean, and in a decently convenient location (off of I-94). It loses a star because its ads aren't written in very good English nor does it have any of its information online (store hours). Dry-cleaning businesses are pretty simple, so I judge them by the negative things I observe.

Don't go to this store Chelsea folks! That jerk destroyed one of my dress shirts, and although I didn't ask for anything, he Leo denying it was them, told me he wash it and try to remove the stain but would charge me for it, and called me a liar! Go anywhere else and tell your friends!
