Rose's Heating & Air

This place is horrible!! I got completely ripped off. First off, they were here for probably 15 min max and charged me $109. They squirted my A/C unit off with water from my water hose and said they added freon ( although i never saw them add anything ). They were very rude and unprofessional. The guy refered to all there clients as " All you lake people" and proceeded to tell me that it's impossible to cool down a house when it's over 100 degrees. I agued and told him that the air blowing out of the vents wasnt any cooler then b/f he got there. He then proceed to stare at me and rant about how us city people expect to much. He then demanded i pay him money so he could leave, b/c he didnt want to be here anymore. When they finally left, i was stuck with a hot house and a bill for $109. Dont ever use these people, they are hustlers and have probably done this to many other people besides me. What a fly -by-night contractor this company is. STAY AWAY!!!
