Premier Financial and Credit Services

I never received any communication from this company. My husband applied for a credit card and discovered that "premier beauty supply & credit" Premier Financial & Credit Services, had placed a debt of mine that was dated 3 years before my marriage on my husbands credit report. I had a surgery and paid all but a small amount. Forgot about it and we'll the rest is history, it happens to the best of us. We called and asked how could he possibly be held accountable for pre-marital debt.. Ken said yes he is and hung up the phone on me! I contacted an attorney and my husband contact a different attorney here in Chattanooga both of which said, no, that is not legal. My husband called and spoke with Georgia who he said was really pleasant at first. Once he told her that the attorney said no she then became very rude and said "he is a bankruptcy lawyer, he doesn't know what he is talking about and he needs to quit telling us how to do our job". I have contacted Tennessee State Attorney Generals Office, who connected me to Tennessee Collection Services Board. The woman there was so nice, and yet again confirmed no they can not do that. She informed me that complaints need to be filed through that office. It's a bit of a hassle, you have to have them mail you or print of complaint forms and have them notarized but if you really want something done then this has to be done. They have the ability to revoke their licence to collect in TN, The BBB is great but it's just a complaint to show other they are bad, they have no teeth and this company that uses illegal practices to collect debt, has unproductive and horrible customer service, and operates out of the back of a beauty supply store, with no inclination that a separate business is there, really needs to have formal complaints filed against them. Maybe if enough people properly report their bad and ileagl activity then something can truly be done. Oh and by the way Ron Gotti is not the owner. You can pull the business licence information and see it at TN.GOV. The owners name is William G. Bulls III. I have no idea who Mr. Gotti, my guess is a made up name. You also can go to TN.GOV to find the link for the complaint forms. I hope this information helps someone.

Was called by Ken Smith, a manager, to ask when I would be able to start paying on a debt that I owe. As I began to explain why I could not start paying as of this moment, he hung up on me! I called back and asked why he hung up, his response was, "I don't know." I asked to speak to the owner numerous times, Mr. Ron Gotti. Apparently they do not let anyone speak with him. He needs to know how rude and disrespectful his employees are. If they contact you be prepared to be talked down to.

These people are rude, hateful, the mafia, and thieves!!! I have been paying a debt to them related to a medical bill and they called me to argue with me about me not sending in my payment! I repeatedly told her that they have been cashing my checks and I didn't know what the problem was and she was quick to say well we will just sue you for the remaining, then hung up on me I quickly called back and was furious for the way I was treated after I have been paying my debt they need to focus more on the people who dont pay their bills than who actually do well needless to say about an hour later I checked my account and they mysteriously cashed my check!! This place is a fraud and I'm gonna check more into it before I send anymore money!

This company is sooooo RUDE!!! They have been receiving payments from me for about a year for a debt to Erlanger. I called today for my balance and they said that its been $0 since April (it's now January) but when I ask where my last 8 payments have gone if they havent had an acct to apply it to, the guy "Ken" said " I dont know what to tell you" I said I was going to have to get an attorney and he said "Do what you gotta do" and hung up.

THEY ARE SOOOOOO HATEFUL!!

This is a criminal organization. They place fake debt on your credit history and wait for you to try to take out a loan. Then, when you have your credit run by the bank, the debt shows up, and like an upstanding citizen, you call them to see what it is for and to pay it. They refuse to send statements or any sort of explanation and demand payment. If the conversation continues without resolution, they simply hang up on you. They are literally trying to extort money from me and who knows how many other people. They have an F rating at The BBB and I'm going to do my part to keep it that way by filing another complaint right now. BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD INFO. THEY ARE THIEVES, NOTHING LESS, NOTHING MORE.
