Brenda's Grooming Shop

Theyreally butchered my dog & he was bleeding all over his sides, belly & rear end from being shaved too close. Had to give the poor dog antibiotic cream for days. Sickening! They would do nothing about it until I reminded them that there was NO matted hair..in fact his hair was only about 1" long. Was promised refund by check. Since I live in another state, (am about to move back to Chattanooga), they said okay for my Aunt to pick up check. Brenda retracted refund & said "he was in HORRIBLE shape, & I don't know where you came from but you can go back there". Yeah, he WAS in horrible shape, but ONLY AFTER being "shaved" to the bone at Brenda's. If I could upload pics you would be horrified! Do not bring your beloved pet here. They should name it Brenda's BUTCHER shop instead!

Said he was badly matted, funny, but there was NO matted hair, as I had cut all matted hair out..in fact his hair was only about 1" long. If I could upload the pics here, you would be horrified. Had to give the poor dog antibiotic cream for days. Sickening! Do not bring your beloved pet here.
