Odor Gone Cleaning

It was about time I finally found a company that was worth my time and money... "Odor Gone Cleaning" is the most professional and experienced company in the Chatsworth area. I called last week and they were able to come out on the only day that I could actually have It done. That was Sunday! yup they come out on a Sunday no extra charge. So far I like what I was hearing this carpet cleaners was the company for me.



The day finally came and the tech arrived on time he came into my home and looked at each room and staircase he would be cleaning. Took out his measuring tape and inspected all the stains. He even did a couple of test on some of the stains to make sure it would be something he would be able to take out. He was.



Before he started the work he came to me with the invoice detailing all the things he needed to do with a deep cleaning which involved PH balance, spot cleaning sanitation, and deodorization. The price was a little more than I was quoted but then again they don't call it a quote for a reason.



He started the work and it took him about two and a half hours to clean all the rooms and steps. and gosh darned he did a mighty fine job! carpet looked the way it looked when we first came to live here. they made it look cleaner, even better! Call them, not for nothing but they do a good job for a fair price. they took care of my carpets for sure.

This place is all kinds of goodness. The prices are good. The quality is really really good and the workers are really polite and not pushy. They came to my home and spent about an hour to steam out the carpets in both of my bedrooms. They are quality oriented and really took their time to make sure my carpet was treated properly. I like this company

I had a problem with some smells coming from my carpet. They did a great job getting the odor out. I can really appreciate how they helped me move furniture. They were very knowledgeable they answered all my questions.
