The CHATHAM ANIMAL HOSPITAL established in 1992 provides affordable, compassionate, quality veterinary care for your special family members. We offer complete medical, surgical and dental services in a quaint 1890s home environment which helps to make you and your animal feel less stress when coming in for care. The CHATHAM ANIMAL HOSPITAL is located just one mile from the Short Hills Mall on the border of Chatham and Summit. Since this is a one doctor practice, your pet receives personal care by DR. GEORGE SARLE and his exellent, friendly staff. Small mammals are welcome in addition to dogs and cats, which are the foundation of our practice. Boarding is available for smaller dogs and cats. I have a beautiful Tuxedo kitty, who was abandoned and I adopted her.....named HOLLY..... who scratched her face so badly for several days, that she had an open wound....I had no idea what it was.. On June 6, 2018... I called St Hubert's, they turned me down (I didn't adopt her there) I called Chatham Animal Hospital, Dr Sarle answered, And he said to bring her in...He went above and beyond...To make sure she would be OK...From shots, cleaning ears,cutting nails, and the medication to make her better...You see, I'm in a wheelchair,and it broke my heart when I couldn't help her...I HIGHLY recommend this Animal Hospital to ALL...A true professional in his craft!!! And a very nice man to deal with...It's a win-win for me and Holly...I will be calling to get her spayed...Thank you, Dr. Sarle.....Holly is perfectly healthy now and running around like ANY kitty should...The Dr. is a CREDIT to His profession...And it doesn't matter that he doesn't work Saturdays during the summer...Every body else does this too!!...Great Dr., and a caring man!!
