Possum Holler Pizza

I want to say this, I placed a order one day and they told me over a hour so they gave me a time and I showed up just to make sure it was done and i did not have to wait , well it did not work out like that i came 1 hour and had to wait another 45 mins to get my order almost 2 hours and they told me that they were busy and I seen was to small families eating at the place , I love the pizza as long as it is HOT , but it is not always hot unless u are right on time to get, it, now I place orders for delivery and the delivery boy is quick but the pizza or items is not HOT AT ALL , so I am not sure how they can fix this but I do like the place I love the food as long as it is hot they like to charge for every little thing which I dont like that either would it hurt to add alittle extra sauce to a sandwich or pizza or what ever they do, and also the did not tell me the xtra cost or even that they charged xtra . I never ate IN SIDE THE PLACE NEVER GOT WAITED ON AT THE TABLE JUST PICKED UP OR DELIVERYthere before , but the hours are not the best either, I think this business would make tons of money if they would change the hours and make it open later on the weekends nights and open more hours during the week , I was told delivery u could not order pass 830pm on Friday or Saturday nights , so I will give it the stars it deserves and I do want to say they are so friendly I just wish they would just give u one thing free would it hurt, I mean like extra sauce, or extra cheese on a sandwich or just one free thing once in a blue moon, I mean the cup of ice is small like a tiny coffee cup and they charge for that which ice is free most of the time everywhere else .. I am sorry but the truth needs to be told, it is sad that some restaurants think that people like us think that we would rather be slow and think that helps them because they say it is always hot well it is not just because it is slow does not mean it is hot or even good, WE AS CUSTOMERS WE LIKE FAST , HOT , GOOD SERVICE , AND I PAY FOR THIS I WILL TIP VERY HIGH IF I GOT HOT, FAST AND GOOD SERVICE SO JUST REMEMBER THIS AND DONT ALWAYS THINK JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE WANTS JUST A LITTLE EXTRA THING IT SHOULD BE CHARGED ALL THE TIME PIZZA HUT DOES NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR A LITTLE EXTRA SAUCE
