Provided by DexKnowsI was just hung up on by Jackie at Clyde E Smith Inc. I am surprised at how rude she was to me. Obviously we had a misunderstanding with their procedure but she was abrupt and rude and when I mentioned that she was being rude, she told me I was being rude. I said that customers should never be treated in such a way and she responded that she had been doing this for 20 years. I said, I think its beginning to take its toll on you...and she asked me if I wanted to speak to the owner, I said yes and she said fine, she would give him the message and hung up on me. Shock. I know customer service is so much a thing of the past. They canceled my appointment because they said I didn't confirm...but it was the last words out of my mouth this morning when I first spoke to her. Confirm then that they will be here between 1 and 4....they gave my opening away and then said that I could pay overtime fees to get him out today....why should I when they made the mistake. When I said that was no way to speak to a customer, and that customers are always right, the response was no they aren't. I am surprised at how ugly things got so quickly. I canceled my plans for the day to meet with them and they just shrug me off as unimportant and my fault. No bending over at all to make sure the customer is right...just well, I'll reschedule for tomorrow if you want but there is nothing more I can do and done with abrupt attitude...who needs this...too many people need money in this down ecomony...I guess this company doesn't need me or the money. How nice for them. I am so weary of people who just don't care how they make other people feel....

Provided by DexKnowsLoved the service and professionalism of the technicians...also loved that the salesperson is a technician himself so was able to answer questions from an experienced point of view. Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
