The drive-thru was very slow. I pull up to monitor to order my food , and had to wait for 5mins, before someone acknowledged me to take my order. I drove to the window to pay - a manager asked what I ordered because she cashed me out with attitude- she had a cashier beside her as if was in training. I had to repeat my order to her . The next window I drove to was pickup - a guy asked what did I order, because the orders were screwed up - I had to repeat my order , and as I pulled off , I was missing an item. The customer service was awful ! And the lady that was in management was very rude. I was in drive-thru for 45mins, which is unreal to be a fast food restaurant and they didn't have their orders correct. I will never stop at this Wendy's again . The district manager need to revamp management and get on a timely record keeping in drive-thru. It is truly ridiculous!!

Terrible service. And always have an attitude. I asked for 1 honey mustard ad it killed her to put it in my bag. Go to any other Wendys, not this one!

Better Wise UP!!!

Service is SLOW waited 20 min in line with the same 6 people ahead of me and 8 more behind me--- more emphasis was on drive thru than regular customers inside. Saw 2 - 3 employees on "breaks" and only 1 employee taking orders when they used to have 2. I've been a regular customer 2-4 times a week at lunch for over 4 years and am rethinking going back...Tired of spending my lunch hour IN LINE....after walking a block just to get there. I've been a mgr at Jack in the Box in Chicago suburb back in early 70's with my husband and I KNOW what service is suppose to &/or can be!

These people have a lot to learn. The store is old and in desparate need of remodeling. Half the time the a/c doesn't work or is dripping on you in line. The grease buildup on the pavement by the dumpster is unhealthy. This store has potential for even more increased business with the city's project across the street but obviously someone higher up doesn't care. Wouldn't be so bad but they keep raising their prices too!! I'm going to brown bag it- not because of the economy but because of the service and conditions.
