Visionworks

The customer service is horrible. When I ordered my glasses the people were unpleasant, didn't greet me as I entered and I had to ask for help when I was in the store. As I was fitted for my glasses the employee appeared frustrated by rolling his eyes,puffing and sluching down as I complained about the fit. I had to come back to be get an adjustment because one lens kept popping out and when I requested them to be fixed he stated "The lens are curved and can't be fixed" After about 2 months one lens became absent and the other lens popped out each time I tried to close it. After taking back to Visionworks for the 3rd time my glasses were suppose to be shipped off. Its been a week with a machine being broken down and after calling 1 lens has not come in and there is no explanation and now im still waiting because of the 4th of July it may be 2 weeks before I am able to see. I am very disappointed in the quality and customer service of Visionworks.
