        Overall

        John was Very UN-professional and UN-reliable. Scheduled 3 different times over two days to pick up my vehicle, 1st excuse was that they got busy, second excuse was that the driver just forgot, and third excuse was that he thought we had set a different time. His office is 8 minutes down the road from my house. No one ever showed and I never once received a call from him or his drivers to inform me at they couldn't make it or wouldn't be coming. Then to top it off he calls me back 2 hours after the 3rd scheduled meeting acting as if he was never interested. Very poorly ran business, huge lack of integrity in John (the owner). DO NOT SUGGEST USING.
