I have to write this so no one else gets bad service from this company.



first off im a mother of 3 smaller children.

I called around to get rice quotes to have my transmission completely redone, sounds simple normally runs about 1300 to 1800 to do. and can take up to 4 days depending on work load any company has.



ok well i dropped my 2002 dodge grand caravan to them, they claimed to take it all the way apart and rebuild it in a day then said somethings still wrong so i left it there 3 more days. well finally got my van back and its still the same way it was when i dropped it off, so they kept it 4 more days they said when they took it apart this time they noticed the wires inside were fried, wait what if you took it apart the first time completly then u wouldve noticed my wires needed to be replaced then. they didnt respond. so i picked my van up happy it was over.



i was wrong it still did it, they would jump on independence n open her up well if the problem is in 1st gear its not going do it in 2nd or 3rd. so i've dropped it off 4 more times in one month for them to fix it but its still messed up, then they tried to say its my engin mounts ok i bought parts and had hubby fix them. then they tried to say it was fluid and then when i fixed that they have nothing to say besides im sorry we cant figure it out something is wrong w the transmission but were happy to take it apart n try again.



what you specialize in transmissions and all you ahd to do was take it apart and clean replace parts n reassemble.



well i took it to a real mechanic appearently all they did was take it apart changed wires didnt even take half of it apart never touched the inside to clean or i guess lube it and reassemble it. so please save ur time n money because when i was just there there were 4 other grown men screaming at them because their transmissions werent done right either.



so find different place to do it n get it done right, because they wont refund my money so i have proof as to what was fixed n touched n now having to go thru claims court because of them
