The Cloisters at Steelecroft

I must first say I think that what the first person said is quite funny. The New management company took over on July 15, 2011 (everyone else got the note didnt you?) and he wrote that on 7/24/2011? Is that really enough time to make so many changes? he obviously has no clue and is just one of those angry people (with a passport I assume). On a brighter note I have never been happier living here and have had no issues. the only time I had something break (which was my dishwasher) maintenance was right over to fix it. I love the fact that it is new and have met alot of great people here. I plan on staying for a while!

I must say I just read the previous review and I must say the Cloisters is still a nice secure place to live I to agree that the new management company should be a little more selective with their screen of new tenants with that being said when my lease is up I will not renew it I'm out of here as well. As for roaches can't identify never seen one in my apartment and I socialize with my neighbors and have not heard any mention of such so I might think that's some bull.

Beware! If you like roach infested apartments, families of 12 living in a 1 bedroom apartment, dirty pools, police cars monitoring the parking lots, police helicopters looking for someone who stole from the property, domestic disputes, drunk and obnoxious neighbors, and management that doesn't address any of these concerns or even call you back...you are moving to the right place.

The previous commenst were made when it was under another management team, when they actually required a passport to live here, but now they are trying to fill up empty apartments with TRASH. I have read the reviews before online before moving, and PLEASE understand this true. All of my neighbors are attempting to break their lease and get the hell out. But you can't move into a new place carrying a U-Haul full of roaches. Trust me, do NOT do it!
