My granddaughter (21 months old) went to Dr. Helton for a second opinion on a diagnosis of vitiligo. As soon as we walked into the office, we knew we were in a much better place than our first doctor. The child friendly environment is only superseded by the graciousness of the staff. Everyone between check-in and check-out was so helpful and friendly. The bedside manner is immeasurable when put into context around a frightened mother and a rambunctious 2 year old. The PA was patient and very informative. She took the time to answer all questions. There was never a feeling of being rushed out. She took time to explain the condition, what to expect and went in depth around treatment options. We are so happy to have found Steel Creek Dermatology for our little one. And highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dermatologist.

First appointment. I arrived at 12 minutes early and after 45 minutes in lobby finally was called back to room. I expressed concern about how I'd been waiting awhile and was assured was the next patient to be seen. 20 minutes later I finally left without seeing the doctor. No one should have to wait 70 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I asked for and received my money back. I will not go back.

Dr. Helton did an outstanding job on my facial. This healthcare provided has a wonderful and friendly staff along with a very clean office!

Dr. Helton is so kind and caring. I drive around an hour to go to her office and it is worth the drive. The staff is so nice. All around wonderful office.

I had appointment at Seteelecreek Dermatology! Loved them them all. The doctor is so sweet and caring and ALL the staff is so kind. The office is very clean. The travel is well worth it!!!!
