Ruth's Chris Steak House

The staff made you feel as if they were truly glad that you came. It was like being invited into someone's home.

The food was perfect. I only wish I could have ordered desert, but I was too full.

The price was steep but worth every penny.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary at this location. I called in and made the reservation over a month prior to our actual anniversary night and asked if they did anything for special occasions to which they replied yes. The young lady who took my reservation stated she would make a note of our anniversary in their reservation system. When we arrived and checked in with the Hostess she immediately congratulated us by name for our 20th anniversary. I was quite impressed. After we were seated our server approached and again instantly wished up a happy anniversary by name even before beginning to explain the specials and menu options for the evening. During the meal the manager came by and wished us a happy anniversary by name and stated that after dinner drinks would be compliments of the restaurant for the evening. For our first time to frequent a Ruths Chris restaurant I must say we were very pleased not only with the excellent quality of the food but overwhelmed by the attention paid to our anniversary. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!!

Flew in to Charlotte working for a couple of weeks stayed in downtown area called a friend to see if she wanted dinner she lives near by I told her I had seen a steak House Ruths Chris walking around one night ... she then told me that she had heard things about the place and she said lets go somewhere else I said come on it right around the corner we can walk! she finally agreed ..from the time we walked in it seemed that everyone had some sort of attitude from the hostess to the server you would think that such a high end steak house the service would be better! When I was leaving I told the hostess that the service was not good she looked at me like I was crazy or something. The food was good but, no matter how good the food is it cannot make up for the service . I told my friend I was sorry I should have listened the next night we went to Wolf Gang Pucks it was fantastic!!!!

Ruths Chris the top Steak house in the country but.... this location everyone has a attitude and gives it to you do not waste your money... I walked out
