Roger came out to look at a freezer in need of repair. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. As soon as the needed part came in, he was there to make the repair and was kind enough to follow up a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. I called Russell Appliance to fixed my gas and electric ge stove because it sparked and shorted out when we tried to changed the light bulb. The breaker tripped and wouldn't engage. Roger Was concerned and cut his mountain trip short to ensure we were safe and didn't have to go through the weekend without a stove. Roger is a true gentleman. He is honest, fair and a kind, soft spoken man who is great at his trade. I can't recommend him enough and we will definitely use him again in the future.
