William is the GURU of motorcylce service!!! My Honda needed a carb rebuild & tune up. Upon his arrival, he had the carb out within 10 minutes and completely rebuilt & tuned up in an hour and a half . William was extremely thorough with my bike and also took the time to explain the how, what & why. When William finished, I was astounded at the cost of my repair. It was 1/2 of going to a high-priced dealer.

You cannot go wrong with using William (Moto-Psychos) as your one-stop shop for your recreational vehicle repairs.

It's nice to know that there are still true mechanics out there with a fair price and impeccable service !!

Will is great! He came right out and had my bike running in no time at all. it was clear how comfortable and knowledge he was as he quickly took my bike apart and pin pointed the issue. He even took the time to explain to me what had happened and how to avoid having the same issue in the future. I will gladly call again the next time I need anything for any of our bikes.

Will did an amazing job finding the problems causing my elec. issues. He is very knowledgable about his work and doesn't mind sharing that knowledge with the customer. He enjoys what he does and it shows. I was worried about what I would do after having my bike transported to my home. He was the only service I could find that would come to me. I was very thankful for his speedy response to my needs. He fixed my braking system and found that my starter was bad. He ordered the part on the spot. I strongly recommend him for any mechanical needs, especially electrical.

Will at Motopsychos is great i called him and left a voicemail, he returned my call in less then an hr and was able to set me up for an appointment next day. His experience and and knowledge was very well visible as he quickly found the problem and made the necessary repairs in just a few hrs and had my bike running in time for me to go out with friends that night . I can not comment on the mechanical skills of the folks at Moto Psychos since I was not able to have them service my bike. But I can state my disappointment in the level of customer service, or lack thereof, in responding to my request. The whole issue for contacting Moto Psycho was the advertised convenience of having a skilled mechanic come to my home at a time convenient for me to service my bike. In fact, the reviews I read before contacting them touted this concept and were nothing but positive. Armed with these recommendations I sent my email request for service and within 24 hours I heard from them. They asked what it was I actually needed and I responded, oil change and a tune up, and that was the last I heard from them. For a company that stakes its record on prompt personal service this was truly disappointing. I don't know what they would have charged me or how long it would have taken to get the work done, but I know what the dealership is charging me and how long they will have my bike. Best of luck to the next person looking for service!

I was impressed with the rapid response to my on-line request for help.

He made an appointment that was perfect for my schedule he impressed me with his fast ability to diagnoses the problem. His knowledge and experience was obvious, He explained the problem in detail and even showed me how he was able to confirm the problem. He suggested I order the part on my own and showed me how to install it. but also offered to install the part after I received it at no additional cost to me.

I was very impressed!! What more can I say?

Came and cleaned the two carbs on my 97 marauder. Saved me over 250 dollars. Nice, hardworking, clean, but most important of all honest. Gave me suggestions on how to keep carbs from clogging again, and other helpful hints to keep my bike running strong. After everything was cleaned and put back together, bike started first shot. Runs better than ever. I will recommend him to everyone I know. I will definitely call again if i have any problems with anything I own.

I was looking for a mobile mechanic for like 2 years. The guys I would call would try and diagnose my bike over the phone and pontificate the problem, other guys simply wouldn't show. I started to contact a shop and try to arrange a tow or a friend with a truck but really just dreading it altogether. I jumped on Craigslist one more time and found Will. He came right out after a brief chat, showed up and proceeded to strip my carb to nothing ,clean reassemble take me over to Walmart for a battery and fired my bike right up on first crank. "I was Freaking elated" what a huge relief, just in time for Biketober fest. Thanks Will, you rock bro//!!!

I contacted Will from Motopsychos about an issue with my bike. It had been sitting for many months and would not start. Will looked over the bike and advised me about what needed to be done. He was very knowledgeable and nice, my bike is now running great! I would recommend him to everyone I know.
