Monitoring Management (MonMan)

MonMan seemed to be the only company in the area who had any reviews whatsoever about access floor, so we gave them a call first. I guess few people write reviews about professional services like this (as opposed to restaurants, etc.) so the fact they had any stars seemed like a good thing. Anyways, Monman installed approx. 9,000 sq. ft. of raised floor for us and did a fantastic job. This was for an office space and was for low height access floor (approx. 2" high for wiring up cubicles and computers, phones, etc.).



The biggest complaint I have, really more of a recommendation to them, would be to speed up the callback time. I left a voicemail one day and didn't get a call back until the next day. Typically, I would like to get called back right away. But the fact that the quality of access floor they provided was so high and they did a great job was enough to forgive this and still give a 5 star review.



I hope this review helps convince any other prospective customers to call Monman and give them a try on access floor.

They had all the answers. I was tasked with updating our server room (which has several servers and our telephone equipment in it) since our manager has been on leave for a while. We had several goals in mind as well as a budget and they came in below the budget and our server room is using less electricity now than before, and we have added another server. Most of this was above my knowledge level, which is why we brought in a consultant in the first place. So I am sure we'll use monman again. Thanks guys!

Had the opportunity to work with monman (monitoringmanagement ??) on a server room retrofit job that included: raised floor cleaning, CRAC replacement and new cable management. They're really professional and everything went smoothly. They handle issues/setbacks/challenges very well and we are very happy at the end of the day.
