Metrolina Tire

I have bought 3 vehicles (from Ryan & Justin) and all have been awesome!!! I Have referred several of my friends who have bought Maseratis and Mercedes from them with the same results. I have also used them to consign my Bentley GT, BMW 750 and 2 Jeeps. The consignment fee is very reasonable and makes it easier for me to sell my vehicles. Their showroom is by far the best I have ever seen and I sometimes drop by just to check out the high end cars. I would definitely recommend Metro Auto Group to others. I give these guys a 5 out of 5 for their fridley, knowledgeable customer service. They also have a high end service/repair shop in back were I have all of my vehicles severed now. This is your one stop shop for all high end exotic vehicles.

I have been taking my cars here for over ten years. I have had each of my cars for at least ten years and Mike has saved me at least half what the dealer would have charged with better outcomes. The mechanics actually solve problems, not follow the cookbook or what a computer says to do.

Getting your car repaired is never a good time, but I was very satisfied with every aspect of my experience. The owner Mike did more than I would have expected. He never tried to talk me in to anything, but explained what was wrong and why. Then what my options were. I was also very satisfied with the bill. I highly recommend Metrolina Tire.

Tire Sale



I went to Metrolina Tire this morning and requested two tires, I was told the tires would be order and available in the afternoon. I used Metrolina Tire service in the past as well as my wife and the service was great and we had no problems. Today things didn't go so well, when I returned to Metrolina this afternoon the tires were never ordered and the service representative immediately got an attitude with me and stated it would take an hour to get the tires. Then the price that was quoted for the tires in the morning was different then the price quoted when I returned. When I suggested to the service representative that he check his records and he got upset and said " I don't like you type of people anyway." I said "I don't like your attitude and decided to leave and take my business elswhere. Mike you have bad customer service skills and because of that you lost money out your pocket and a refferal for 4 new tires as well.

I just happened to live close to Metrolina Tire & Auto and never stopped in. You see I am a self proclaimed "do it yourselfer". Well I screwed it up. Mike and his mechanics talked me through my mistakes gave me solid advice "for free" and resolved my issues.I HIGHLY recommend Mike and his business to any and everyone. A truley honest auto mechanic willing to help and serve the clients best interests. 5 star service period
