I'm not sure of why I even gave this place ONE star. When I first moved here in 2013, it was what I thought to be a decent place to live.....until I noticed there was drug-selling activity right next door to me. After many complaints and concerns, nothing has been done. The management is horrible and non-compliant. They have the audacity to send out notices about "rules" but yet they ignore any requests and concerns about the well-being of the residents. The manager Mike is (in many words) a very rude and tactless person. He almost tries to belittle people with his slick words but you have to be swift to catch on to his insults. If not, then he will swindle you and leave you in the dust just like the looks of the neighborhood. It's now trashy and overcrowded. I feel like I'm living in the projects but yet being charged increasingly high amounts to live here! Because of the downgraded look of this neighborhood and lack of corrective action from management, I am leaving this mess of a place and cannot wait! To anyone who is looking to move here, do thorough research and go somewhere else where you're actually appreciated. Deuces up and moving on ✌️

Do not move here! The management, specifically Mike Lyle, is absolutely sneaky and does a lot of behind the scenes stuff. Money orders come up missing if you leave them in the drop box. Mike claims that he doesn't know where they are. He is rude and talks down to you like you don't know what you're talking about. Mike makes up his own rules and says they come from corporate, but when you call corporate they will tell you that they didn't say that or those aren't their policies and rules. I wish that we would have known this before moving into this neighborhood. So many people have been moving out and there have been a ton of break-ins. They're only worried about cramming as many homes into the spaces and not worried about the residents. Avoid moving here, it's not worth the headache.
