Madusu African Hair Braiding

The person that did my hair did a good Job despite using a small comb on my natural hair, had a lot of hair fall out. I knew what I wanted and by the time she finished everyone was giving me a look and laughing ���� I consider that to be very unprofessional and not ever going back you just lost a customer grown up women acting like babies and talking about clients in their dialect!!! The person who did my hair didn't even introduce herself the entire time....

They were great I had. 8:30 appointment I got out at 3:00pm. they were very polite when coming in my style was box. braids and they look great they were no stop on my hair I look foward to going back

I got an appointment to get my hair done for my birthday. Upon arrival everyone was very friendly. The owner did my first time Goddess Braids it was super sexy. I was extremely satisfied. The time and effort she put into my design was beautiful. I was overly pleased and very happy with everything!!!! :-) :-) :-)

DO NOT GO!! They are rude and nasty and they will take your hair out!! my hair fell out so much after theses braids. I paid $50 to have them take out my braids and my hair was so matted i had to cut it off!!! I almost feel like it was done on purpose so that I will come back to get braids to get my hair to grow back!!! DO NOT GO!!!!!

went to Madusu's about a month ago for Senegalese twists. ( I paid $180 for the smallest size and $5 for an extra color). i wanted to wait a little while before reviewing to see how they looked after time went by. When I walked into the place, no one spoke to me. I pretty much announced to the entire salon that I had a 10am appointment before being addressed. When discussing the hair color I wanted, she pointed to a color somebody else had and said "thats the darkest brown we have". I wanted to see the collection myself for ideas, which she didnt let me do. when looking back at the collection, i saw it was in a closet, pack of hair piled on each other, unorganized. I asked her (the owner was doing my hair). she showed how irritated she was when I asked a few questions about my hair, like are they all the same size and do they have to be braided at the ends. She said to me "when you get your hair done, you should let the professional do the hair. they know what's best and what looks good". I felt disrespected and that I was being scolded. If I have questions, and I am paying, I should receive answers. Meanwhile, another girl is sitting on the bench for over an hour and a half waiting for her braider to come. when i first arrived, i asked how long it would be. she said about 8 hours. I was prepared for that. it took 11.5 hours to do my hair. In the end. my hair DOES look good. none have fallen nor unraveled, and i have gotten plenty of compliments. But I wont be going back to Madusu's
