Hendrick Mini

I had a wonderful experience when I went to get my husband some accessories for his birthday for his beloved Mini. I walked in and asked for parts and was quickly directed to that department where Richard greeted me with a friendly smile. My husband and I enjoy traveling so Richard suggested a roof rack for any extras we may need room for and also pointed out some nice new mirror covers. He was great! He knew what he was talking about, gave me a great price and even helped install the roof rack. I will most definitely recommend Hendrick Mini to all our Mini loving friends for their parts and accessory needs and also to anyone else who has a Mini in mind.

In August 2007, I bought my little sweetie from Hendricks. Thank goodness the salesperson who sold it to me is no longer there. If I had not been determined to own a MINI Cooper on THAT VERY DAY I would have taken my business elsewhere. The great news is their sales staff now is awesome! I love the service staff. They speak with you often during your visit about where they are in your service and how its going...almost just like when you have a family member in surgery!



The service manager Christie Owca knows Mini Coopers inside and out and many times she has saved me a trip into the dealership by asking a few questions and guiding me through what I could do to fix it!



My car is almost 3 years old now and I still love her every time I get in, but I'm thinking about trading her for a new model late this summer or in the early fall....but I know when I do this, I will see Kristen Bowen and make the deal on the new Cooper S convertible and be the proud owner of another new MINI Cooper!



This dealership rocks! They even call me on my car's adoption day EVERY Year!

I have always been pleased with the service staff. They kept me well informed when they were replacing my power steering pump on my old Cooper, and they got me into a loaner quickly. I just recently bought a new Cooper and was just as impressed with my sales advisor. I'm glad they are the closest Mini dealer to me!

I have purchased three MINI Coopers, each one from Hendrick MINI. You will never find a dealer that will work as hard to earn your business.



They have also been great to work with after my purchases. It is easy to schedule an appointment and the dealership is a fun place to hang out.

I'm on my second MINI and have loved each car! My experience with Hendrick has been great! Service has treated my MINI and I like family! When purchasing my MINIs it was clear, clean and stress free. I recomend them to anyone!

They are definately not customer service oriented as is normally the case with BMW. I've called for service and left 3 messages for the service advisor I was assigned to with no response. I complained about the lack of response and was assured I'd hear back from the advisor; never did. He apparently doesn't return calls and I took my business elsewhere.

This is a great dealership for buying cars and for service when you need work on your car.
