Gap

Not sure what is going on at this store but have been really disappointed lately. I went in to buy some items that I saw advertised online for an additional 25% off and it was stated on the Gap website that the offer was good in store as well. However, when I went into the store they did not honor it and knew nothing about it. I came home looked it up and saw that I was indeed correct. The following day I went to a different Gap location to make my purchases and was told the same thing. I finally spoke to a Manager and the Manager confirmed that yes I was suppose to have gotten 25% off all the full price stuff and that the stores just didn't realize the sale was going on. Absolutely ridiculous.

The manager on duty the evening of Sunday 9/26 at approximately 4:30 is very unfriendly. Each time that I visit and she is the manager on duty my experience is always unpleasant. Other times that I visit my experience is satisfactory.
