HORRIBLE customer service, very rushed enviroment! AFTER they called me back for my pedicure it took them 45 minutes just to even acknowledge me! I just sat there with my feet in cold water. The owner/manager was unprofessional, didn't seem to know what was going on, who was leaving, who was staying...nothing! He kept accepting clientele even though the place was closing in ten minutes and extremely overbooked. One lady had been waiting to get her nails done for over an hour and finally asked for a nail file and got started on them herself. The decor is old, there was a pile of used flip flops by the drying station and the manager kept trying to get the wood from the baseboard to stay up It was pretty sad to watch. I could tell my nail tech was ready to go and did an EXTREMELY rushed job on my nails/feet. Even though I got there at 8;15pm, I didn't get finished until almost 10:30pm. The mall closes at 9pm!!! Security had to let me out. Ridiculous. THEN, I get home only to find out they charged my card TWICE. So now I have to go back out there. This was my very first time going to this place and I will NEVER spend another dime in there and I will tell ALL of my friends to stay away. What a nightmare! I'd give a 1/4 of a star if I could! UGH!

this place is NOT up to my standards at all... actually, i wouldn't recommend anyone to go there at alll!! the guy that did my nails kept trying to upsell me on EVERYTHINGGG!! i decided i wanted to get the regular pedi which was still a step above from the basic pedi; however that wasn't enough money for the gentleman and he insisted on me getting the next step above which was "10 dolla' more". i reluctantly said yes, because honestly he probably wouldn't have left me alone if i said no... it was supposed to be 40-45 minutes, but he spent about 20 minutes on my feet if that. when he painted my toenails, he did a HORRIBLE job!! he literally tapped the brish on my nails, which didn't cover them at allll!! i don't like to complain at all, especially at places like these so, i just didn't say anything about it and kept on. when i got a manicure, he kept trying to sell me the gel polish (which i've tried before and don't like) and did not leave me alone about thatttt!! geezzz, talk about feeling uncomfortable in a place you're supposed to be relaxed! Bottom line is don't go here if you want good quality work done :)
