"True to their word"... is the exactly what we received in customer service from Foundation Financial. Andrew and Dana are the BOMB! Andrew told us it would take two weeks to close on our loan at the initial phone call; We did not believe it could happen. We had been trying to refinance our home with our current bank for over 2.5 months with no success. At Foundation Financial, it happened in exactly two weeks, my husband and I were astound. Both Andrew and Dana worked late hours to ensure every step of the process was covered. They were both patient and guided us through it all till the end. We had refinanced before but never with a lender that is so diligent in getting the loan closed in a timely manner and with outstanding customer service! We will definitely use Foundation Financial again and we will highly recommend them to others.

I could not believe how efficiently and quickly the refinance process was. Most everything is completed via phone, on-line or fax, and when it's time for the closing- the closing staff will come to your home. This refinance was so simple. Hey Daniel, just wanted to say thanks for the great job you did for me on the refinance, the quickness and efficiency to get this done for as soon as you did worked out great.

I just wanted to take a moment to "thank you all" for your support during my application period for a new residential home mortgage.



To be truthful, I was skeptical that I would find an institution that would support my goal of acquiring a new mortgage at a lower interest rate plus provide cash out enabling me to achieve one of my goals of adding on to my existing workshop.



I had tried several times to get approved through different lenders but only with avail because of some Texas law involving cash out. It ended up costing me time and money. I could have refinanced with my current lender (GMAC Mortgage) who I have been with for 40 years. I was disappointed with their rate and the fact I could not cash out with them.



With Foundation Financial, I was not only able to get around the Texas cash out law, but was able to get approval legally because of Foundation's unique position of being able to fund their own loans. This helped a lot.



Finally, Foundation Financial, as far as I'm concerned "walked the talk". They not only were able to close my loan technically within 2 weeks, but they walked me through all of my paperwork. Oh! How the government has managed to create more bureaucratic red tape since my last closing. Foundation Financial was able to connect me with one of their insurers to consolidate my insurance plans and actually save me money if you can believe that.

Sara , you were the greatest, don't change anything. You were always very prompt on everything. I couldn't be happier.



I was hoping to buy the farm with the pay out but am fine with the lower interest rate. I bought my Hummer back and Elsa traded her HHR in and bought a Hummer 3 so now we have 2. Finished the basement an my daughter is settled in. Mabu next year if everything goes good and a few more improvements on the house, we will try again and find and the good deal on a small farm.



Hope you are there when I decide to refinance later or invest in a farm.
