This is the owner of the 2005 GTI that your team "serviced" at 4:50 today (9/22/14). After I told you my check engine light was on because of a engine coolant temp sensor, I asked you to replace it with a part I already had. You replaced it, and sent me on my way. I drove, and immediately realized the temp gauge wasn't working, and when i came back, immediately afterwards, you told me it was my problem and also told me that I was wrong. Well, after checking for myself, and after you stated "that you forgot to tell me that the mechanic noticed the temp gauge wasn't working" before you sent me on my way, I noticed the coolant sensor wasn't properly installed and connected. So, in conclusion ELVIS, it was your fault and your problem, and most definitely due to your IGNORANCE and obvious NEGLIGENCE that my temp gauge wasn't working. So, I decided not to chew you out in your half a** business, and make a public fool of you, but rather message you on Facebook. Thanks to your poorly run business and mechanics, as well as your customer service skills (i.e. you are wrong, this is your problem, how do i know your gauge wasn't working before hand, blah blah blah), you have lost at least 4 of your previous clients. I will inform others not to go to your business as well. I'd have to say, it has not been good doing business with you.
