Eastover Ob/Gyn-Arboretum

I wish I had seen the reviews before making an appointment at this place. I made the urgent appointment through their appointment system that handles all locations. I specifically requested the Arboretum location and made the appointment. Just to make sure there were no problems, I asked for the office number to confirm the appointment which I did. When I showed up the doctor was at another office in downtown Charlotte and even though they made this mistake (twice) they would not squeeze me in with any of the other doctors there. I was left to go back home and start over to find an appointment with another ob/gyn.

I second the review of Susannah H. WORST doctor I have ever been to. Was supposed to have a prescription filled a week ago and it was never done. Nurse told me that the prescription didn't even exist. I called every 3 hours about it today. It got to the point where I was about to go to a different doctor just to get the same prescription refilled! Eventually they caved in after a long winded yell from yours truly. I have spent the majority of my Monday essentially pestering them to do their job...aka make a simple phone call to the pharmacy. Not to mention how callous everyone is there! I could go on and on, but you get the point. Find another OBGYN unless you want to be frustrated.

The patient care at this office is shameful. It is impossible to get test results, prescriptions, or any follow-up even on serious medical issues. It recently took 3+ weeks to get a prescription clarified/filled, though it only required a phone call from this office. The practice knew that their failure to act had left me without HRT for more than 10 days and still no one could be moved to act. I checked on the status every day and each day was like Groundhog's Day with the schedulers/phone answerers saying there was no record of any previous calls. I've been waiting for DEXA results for more than a month. I'm moving my records to another practice. Don't go to this practice unless you enjoy spending your free time trying to get a response from this crowd.
