Dunkin'

I am writing to complain about the recent consistent terrible service that I have received at this location. The drive thru staff have been increasingly rude over the past three months, with one girl (scowling face, bad haircut, gold tooth, know her when you see her) in particular who, on several occaisions, has taken my order, forgets all of it by the time I reach the window to pay, and then gives me an attitude as I am handing her my credit card as if it is my fault that she doesn't know what I ordered. Prior to her being employed here, I looked forward to my drive thru experiences with this location because I could always count on reliable service with a different person who was always pleasant to talk to. It is to the point where I am tired of dealing with this girl and my patronage at this location is at an end. I know that this is one very bad example that should not speak for the whole of their customer service staff. Several colleagues of mine have also noticed significant drops in service over the last few months and are just as frustrated with it as I am.



We still love their coffee/donuts, just not some of the service staff at the Kings Dr. location.

never seems like there is enough help to me there. The same person who takes your order has to fix your drink, breakfast sandwich or whatever else you get. Food is always fresh.
