Very Poor service, (for Colonoscopy). I had to make numerous phone calls for clarifications prior to appointment because office staff was not knowledgeable, & the pre-procedure instructions had numerous mistakes. My prescription was not called into the pharmacy as I was promised. I had to wait over 45 minutes, even though it was the 1st appointment in the morning. The nurse assigned to me had extremely poor bedside manner. The entire procedure was rushed like a production line. They just want to get you in and get you out as quickly as possible.
I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone!
