Please do NOT go here. I've been here twice and the latter experience will definitely be my last. For the past four years I've grown my hair out from collar bone to almost low back length. I took great care of my hair. Regular keratin treatments and constantly using oils to keep my hair healthy and strong. It was finally time for some color so I booked an appt. I adamantly told the girl cutting my hair that my hair was a security blanket and that it was FINALLY the length I've always wanted it to be so please don't cut a lot. I asked for an inch to be cut, and the hairstylist agreed. When she spun me around in my chair I was SHOCKED. She had cut A FOOT of length from my hair. 12 inches!! My hair is now back to my collar bone. The longest "layer" I currently have is at least 2 inches shorter than my previous SHORTEST layer. I've never been so upset. It's not even a good hair cut. The layers are completely off and the "V" she was supposed to cut is almost non existent. I have a small little layer of hair at the bottom that just looks like she missed when cutting. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it immediately.

Just got my hair done here by Lauren. I am very picky and went from very long hair to a short bob with a wedge cut. She did an EXCELLENT job and I highly recommend her for anyone wanting superior skill.

I think I have PTSD after the facial I had with Shohreh. She was extremely harsh and abrasive on my face. Like an angry parent washing a child's face. My facial was supposed to be 75 min, but it was barely 45 minutes. The facial description included hand, foot and neck massage but I didn't get any if that. She left the room approximately 4 times and was hardly in the room. The neck wrap she put on me burned my neck, but she wasn't in the room to tell her. I had to take my hands out of the heating gloves to move the neck wrap, and then the flimsy eye cotton pads kept falling off my eyes, so I had to keep taking the heating gloves off to try and find them to put them back on. She was also rough around my eyes. Thank goodness I had a massage afterwards because my anxiety was so high after my facial. I had to keep doing deep breathing exercises so I could make it through the facial. Almost as soon as I started she recommended a collagen treatment for an extra $60. I said no thank you. Then she proceeded to tell me that I had Rosecea, which I don't and she told me I need a Rosecea cleanser and moisturizer. Trying to sell me more products. This was a terrible facial and caused me stress instead of allowing me to relax.

went to Mary for a simple partial highlight. WHAT A WASTE OF $$$. She charged me $85 for a partial that was only down the middle of my head. She didn't get close enough to my roots so I looked like I never even had anything done. I have very thick hair and she did the very minimum she could as she was in a hurry. The WORST was that I asked her to thin out my hair. She took 2 snipes out of it and I could tell she had NO IDEA what she was doing. Turns out she took out chunks of my hair. I have pieces that are only 3 inches long because she cut the rest out. This will take forever to grow out now. DO NOT GO HERE!! I thought the other reviews were just picky people, but I have learned my lesson the hard way.

I was not greeted when I walked inside and then they were unorganized and could not find my appointment for a massage. Massage was not very good and priced higher than ANY other spa I have been to. Overall, the day spa/ salon is not very nice to begin with and bad customer service makes it even worse.
