Blueprint Restaurant

I only wish we had a good dining experience! Not to go on and on about details..... we (girls from the office) were downtown for the cancer walk and stopped in for breakfast. In a nutshell: it was a disaster! Who can't cook breakfast? They sure couldn't. It was almost embarrassing to sit through. The server(s) seemed totally oblivious. They were unable to provide good service because the kitchen couldn't do their job. We were there so long, we were willing to be patient but it was a joke. One of the ladies never even got her order. The rest of us that were "Lucky" enough to get their food, wish they hadn't. Certainly don't claim to have Eggs Benedict on the menu if you can't even serve decent scrambled eggs! We paid nothing for this fiasco..........the management did not give us a hard time about that. Believe me, I'm not a person who is hard to please. I just love to eat and dine out so I'm warning ya'll, look out for this one.

I highly recommend the Filet Mignon Chili along with the Fish Tacos. Great spot in Uptown for Lunch or Dinner! You have to go to appreciate the inside of the restaurant. It takes alot for me to give a restaurant good review., but Bluprint did alot for me.
