Baker Auto is the the place for honest mechanics in Charlotte! For years they've been my go-to shop and I'd highly recommend them. I am so happy to have found a truly knowledgeable, reliable, helpful and friendly staff! Their customer service is amazing- they have helped me with everything from oil changes to brake downs (even talked me through everything when it broke on the west coast!) and walked me through every step along the way. The location is convenient, right off the interstate, and their shuttle service to downtown Charlotte is great for getting to work and having your car ready to go by the end of the day. These guys have so much experience and are the best in the Charlotte Area for Volvos especially!
