Excellent service by Angel and Debra. would love to get the car serviced even if it means driving from afar.

Angel and the guys took care of my car and I. I wasn't there very long and there is a definite improvement in my car.

I was in Charlotte shopping when a belt on my car decided to break. Luckily I just pulled in the parking lot of B and R as they were the closet place to incident. I walked in and Angel was very understanding and extremely helpful, I was there at around 5:30 and they didn't hesitate to help me. I work in automotive repair business as well and strive to run a shop as he does! I live over an hour away, but will be returning for other services!

My car was in and out the same day for a timing belt problem, even though I arrive after 3:00pm! I was also surprised at the charge for the speedy repair. I have had no problem since, but even if I do, they also provided a guarantee of their job! Can't find another auto shop that can beat them or even get close in their efficient, courtesy and reasonably priced quality work!

I would highly recommend B & R to my family and friends. The service my husband and I received on our vehicle was totally awesome. Good to know that we still have repair shops that take the time to check your car thoroughly and makes sure your vehicle is fixed properly. Also, I am so happy to have met Angel and his wife; they are such a beautiful couple.

I have been a customer since my first oil change at the Independence Blvd location (over two years ago) I have never met a mechanic such as Angel. He truly is an Angel! Very honest, knowledgeable, and affordable. His beautiful wife Mrs. Debra is also the best! Very caring and compassionate towards everyone that walks through the door! God Bless This business!

A fair honest shop that doesn't try to gouge your pockets. Told me what was wrong didn't find something that wasn't there and told me it needed to be fixed. Great shop

I knew this was my place when he did my oil change first so i didn't have to way the two hour delay. That's customer service.

I had four tires replaced on Saturday, and they were able to do it in less than two hours and get me back on the road, for a much lower price than I had been quoted at other tire stores. Yay B & R!

Not only did they fix the problem with my car, but they did it $40 cheaper than where I was originally going to get it serviced. I'm glad I went to B&R instead.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Their prices are fair and they do their best to find good deals on parts for the customer.

B&R did a good job, they're assistant was very attentive and nice to work with. They had said that they had replaced a bad bearing in my car, and my car was no longer making the noises it was prior to bringing it in. Over all I think they did well.

Not only are they amongst the best mechanics in NC, but they are honest and do their job in a courteous way. If they find something extra that needs your attention, they ask you and give you advice first! The only car shop I'll ever go!

You will get quoted the best quote, plus the work is always quality. If you have to bring your care back, Angel always makes sure that you are satisfied before you leave. I haven't came across a repairman like him in a while. Very honest, and affordable.

I was driving down South Blvd to go to Sleepy Poet and stopped in at B&R Auto Repair because I needed to get my oil changed. The customer service offered by Angel was excellent and everything was handled in a prompt manner. Great experience.
