All American Relocation

I have used this company for two major moves. One for myself and one for my elderly mother. Both moves went smoothly and each step was executed on time and carefully. I was especially impressed with Kendall and his crew.

I had a wonderful relationship with All American Relocations. They were very forth coming with me and walked me through the process from the initial estimate through unloading. The crew they supplied were professional and efficient with great personalities always a smile. I was completely satisfied a grateful for this company from Charlotte, N C .

All American - We DON'T Deliver!

That should be their motto. OR – ALL AMERICAN – WE’RE NOT HAPPY UNTIL YOU’RE NOT HAPPY!

This company is very slick on the upfront sales part of the equation. And then they are very slippery on the actual delivery end. They say they need 5 days notice to organize delivery (then, of course, time to deliver). We gave them more than two weeks notice. And still they haven't even loaded our contents to ship. Consequently, we are out of our temporary housing and moving into a new house with no furniture. Basically, they have told us they will ship it when it's convenient to them. They operate under the Mayflower name - as an agent (probably because their own name is so maligned on the internet by numerous people who have had similar experiences to mine). Mayflower should drop them as an agent to protect their reputation. And people looking to move should AVOID ALL AMERICAN AT ALL COSTS.
