Took my computer to DJ and he fixed it on the spot.

Offers one day service and does upgrades.



I do recommend him.

Brought in my computer for recovery and repair after Hard Drive failure. Retrieved all data from HD for reasonable fee and put in new HD. Unfortunately after getting PC home it crashed again b/c motherboard was also bad. Received full refund minus diagnostic and data retrieval. Although he couldn't repair my PC, I give a recommendation for fair and honest business

My experience was AWESOME, DJ took great care of me.



The price was more than reasonable, as I had checked with bigger companies to get prices.

He saved my data, and even gave me some pointers, as I do need computer for dummies.

DJ was honest ethical and beyond helpful, he's the Best.

I have owned and operated an independent car dealership for 6 years and David at Affordable Computer Repair has been the only computer tech that I would trust to work on my computer.

Unfortunately, I have experienced a computer crash and David was able to recover the information and had be back up and working with minimum heart ache.

I would recommend he over Geek Squd any day!!!

Wouldnt go to this business.. a woman picked up, sounded more like i was calling a residence and they do this kind of services as a hobby, i asked for quotes but they sounded like they were just coming up with different prices in their head, who knows

Just had my broken Acer desktop fixed by DJ. Very good service & turnaround as he had to replace harddrive & CD rom. Computer running great & cost was much less than buying a new one. Thanks

Best technician in town he knows his stuff and he proves it everyday if people have a problem with computer and bring to him he will either fix it or he will not charge you if he cannot fix it. He also will quote you a price to fix if the computer is worth repairs. If the computer is not worth the repairs he will tell you so and not charge for diagnostics fee because he will not run diagnostics.

This place is a scam dont believe what the web-site say because it clearly say if he cant fix a computer there is no charge but when i brought him a pc to look at which he could not fix, he still charge me so what a scam.

I brought DJ a 5+ year old Dell computer. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem which was a nasty virus that had managed to practically destroy the hard drive and render it useless.



But he was able to save many of my personal files as he battled the virus to the very end - something I did not expect! This was a feat in itself.



What impressed me the most about DJ was that he could have charged me so much more than he did. Instead he offered a workable solution that ended up costing me nearly half what it could have. This kind of generosity and integrity is not something you encounter too often and I want as many people to know about how fairly and graciously they will be treated by this business owner.



DJ knows his stuff and has an incredible knack for tackling the toughest computer problems and coming up with ingenious (yet affordable) solutions. He took the time to explain what the problem was and even gave me tips on how to protect my computer in the future. I received exceptional service and will definitely go back to DJ for all of my computer issues.



You won't get better or more affordable computer repair anywhere in Charlotte. I am very grateful and an extremely happy customer.



Best of all my computer is as good as new - with a completely reinstalled operating system and fortified with the best virus protection you can get.

I would like to say that DJ is great on repairing computer, he work on my laptop and had it ready in a couple of days and price is out of sight, the best I have seen in along time. If you need your computer repair in a short time DJ is the person to see.

My daughter dropped her new Acer laptop and damaged it and it would not charge. I contacted Acer and thay told me it would be a $200 plus shipping to repair her computer and on top of that it may take up to six weeks to get it back. I had no idea what to do so I looked in the phonebook and found Affordable Computer Repair, I called and DJ quoted me a good price and told me to bring it in. I brought the computer in and about four hours later my daughter's laptop was ready for pickup. I was very pleased with the price and super fast service. They took my old windows 98 SE and turned it into an xp screaming machine. I am so amazed at what they did to this old piece of junk I thought I had.

First stop was best buy and they told me it could not be done. Second stop was office depot and they told me the same thing. Third stop was office max and there I got the same results. Fourth stop was ACRBDJ and they told me maybe and maybe not but they would see if it was possible.

Two days later they called me and said yes and gave me a price that absolutely was so low I thought they were joking. Bottom line is THEY WERE FOR REAL.

I am so happy I am reccomending all my friends to go see them and take thier pieces of junk with them to get them upgraded. Thank you ACRBDJ for the brilliant work you have performed for me! I will always be your Client.

I brought 2 computers to David. One computer is a Gateway laptop and the other is an IBM ThinkPad. The Gateway was having issues with it's wireless connection (so I thought) and the ThinkPad was a total disaster. I completely crashed the computer by trying to install Norton 360. To make a long story short, David informed me that the Gateway was having a lot more issues than just the wireless connection and that I would need to take action soon to save my information. David was not only able to bring the ThinkPad back from the dead, but he also did a few upgrades. Both computers work like a charm! He went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with my computers. When I am able to complete the work on the Gateway, you can be sure I will be back at David's shop. I was able to find someone who was not only a computer whiz, but also was honest, sincere and REALLY affordable. I will recommend David's services to everyone I know.

I accidentally installed a virus on my laptop and felt helpless without access to the internet, email, etc...

I flipped through the yellow pages to price different computer repairmen. They were all too pricy, wanted to keep my laptop for days, and their phone skills were less than pleasant. Then as luck with have it, I dialed one more number. It was David Johnson. First, he answered his phone with a smile, asked about the problem at hand, told me his price, how long it should take, gave me directions to his office (which was about 2 miles from my locations, another PLUS) and that's just the beginning. I arrived at his office, immediately felt welcomed, told him what I had experienced, but before I could finish, he knew exactly what had happened, smart guy. I left the laptop with him..he called me back in under two hours to tell me the problem was fixed, and I could pick my laptop up anytime!!! Oh yeah, his wife is super nice too!! I brought my computer to this company to remove a virus. The owner David and his wife are very pleasant people to deal with. I called and he told me to bring the computer in that day and he would have it repaired in a couple hours and I could have it back the same day, well he kept his word. Their prices are very reasonable. Much cheaper than the places I called. And so far so good with the computer, no issues since. He offers his expert advice as well and will help you out.
