        We needed a car to take us around charlotte so we called A Step Above Limousine. Lisa was professional and listen to what we wanted to do and suggest a car for us. The Leo (the driver) went above and beyond to show us around Charlotte. Thank you to everyone at this company. I will recommend you to all my friends.

        This company was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Definitely have no sense of customer service and will RIP YOU OFF!!! for your money!! I paid for 3 hours making sure we would be picked up from hotel and dropped off accordingly to our night outing and pickup from night outing back to the hotel. During the ride the driver didnt GREET, he didnt give us a nice WELCOME, just let us in the car and slams door, ATTITUDE was AWFUL!! To top it off, DROVE so AGGRESSIVE!!! After the night outing their services was no where to be found. Couldnt find him, called the company and they had no words and two WEEKS has gone by from this situation and NO CALLBACK from manager or REFUND!! I would suggest going somewhere else so you guys won't get RIPPED OFF!!! Thank you, YOU RUINED MY BIRTHDAY!!!!
