4 Floors Power Cleaning LLC

I purchased a Living Social coupon for this company. I checked Yelp and saw all positive reviews. Pretty sure those reviews were all done by the people in the company. I tried for over a week to get someone on the phone. I gave up trying after 10 un-returned phone calls and emails. They have several phone numbers advertised (866.774.1774, (980) 230-0793, 919-672-1557) -one of them even tells you the voicemail is FULL. I now see they're selling a coupon on Groupon as well. They are TERRIBLE. Don't use this company. I'm pretty sure it's a scam.

I scheduled service and they never showed up after talking to them three times in one day. Never called or responded to why they didn't show up.

I bought a Groupon and set up an appointment for my house to be pressure washed. NO ONE showed up or called. When I called to see what happened no one would answer my call. I called twice. Then I called Groupon and guess what, they called and said they would call me later that day to set up another time. Well they never called that night or even all the next day. Still waiting. I would not use this company if I were you!!!!
