My husband went there for a wisdom tooth extraction and it was absolutely TERRIBLE. The receptionist who greeted us was rude and dismissive. She acted as though the patients were an inconvenience to her. The hygienist was unprofessional. The dentist who performed the procedure was cold and very rough. The dentist didn't even give the anesthesia time to work. They spent more time collecting their money than they did actually taking care of my husband. They were the absolute worst of the worst. With service like this it is no wonder people don't like going to the the dentist. Being in the healthcare industry you need to have a caring attitude and an open manner to properly take care of your patients. I am in the healthcare industry and I was appalled at the way they ran their business. I would not recommend them to anyone and I hope they can read this and implement some changes.
