Im wondering about these anonymous postings. Did any of them make an effect to let the owners aware of this inappropriate behavior? I am certain there are not filings or records or attempts to reach me or any other member of my family. My father started this business in 1964 and prided himself on the old traditions of a handshake. One of his favorite statements is a man is only as good as his word. We would have greatly appreciated this information to rectify the matter before embezzlement was discovered and it turned out we were the victim and business mark of all. If you paid by check and it was deposited in our account we'd greatly appreciate any information you'd be willing to give. We paid for materials that we did not get to use. paid labor for fence to be installed and never compensated for and upon all this will have to pay the taxes for all the money we did not receive so that we wont be guilty of tax evasion. i would never refer this company to anyone. ive had 3 appointments with them, they showed up once and i still have'nt received estimate. that was last summer

My first experience went fine: I called, they set an appointment, came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. I didn't have the cash on hand, so i told them I'd get back with them. Second experience, about 5 weeks later: I left a message; my call went unreturned for an entire week. The next week when I called, every time someone answered, they continued to tell me the person I needed to speak to was out and they would get back with me. They never did. Another week goes by and I speak with someone who tells me that estimates are only good for 30 days and I would need to have another one done. I said that's fine, I wanted a different layout anyway. I spent a week trying to schedule an estimate, only to be stood up! It took another week to re-schedule. I spent 2 more weeks calling and pleading for an estimate. Finally, 6 weeks later they gave me an estimate. It was $1,200 more than the original quote and I only added 4 feet of fence with my new layout. Unbelieveable!!!
