I did not have a good experience here

Dr. Heinemann is a very compassionate and knowledgeable physician. She lights up the exam room when she enters and that immediately puts me at ease. When talking with her about my health, Dr. Heinemann listens intently and seems to really care not only about my physical health but my overall wellbeing. I've never left an exam/visit without Dr. Heinemann having thoroughly addressed all of my concerns. The checkin and checkout processes are very efficient and are enhanced by friendly competent staff members. I highly recommend Low Country Women's Specialists!

The staff at Lowcountry Women's Specialist's was very friendly and welcoming. The office was professional with a warm atmosphere. This made me feel very comfortable as a new patient.

Terrible, unprofessional, rude staff including Dr.Heinemann and her "nurses"( which I'm pretty sure they are CNA's or medical assistants not RN's) which would explain this.. During a recent pelvic exam one of her nurses walks in unannounced and in the middle of my exam!!! Dr. Heinemann didn't inform me ahead of time that someone else was coming in. I was furious!!!! Every experience I've been there has been horrible. I always leave there feeling my privacy was violated. Big mistake going back as many times I did!

The staff is wonderful! The nurses and doctor's are very friendly and seem to really care about their patients. I've never felt rushed in my appointments, or like I am bothering them by asking a million questions about my pregnancy. They are more than happy to thoroughly answer all my questions and make sure I understand everything. Would definitely recommend Low Country Women's Specialists.

I go to the Summerville office and absolutely DESPISE the office staff there. They are continuously rude, unwilling to help and at times, uninformed. Any time I've dealt with them, I've left angry and my husband tried to convince me to just switch doctors. After he met Dr. Reeves and Nikki, he completely understood why I continued to deal with the rude staff. You're not going to find a better doctor and Nikki is wonderful! The rest of the medical assistants have been great as well, always smiling and personable and they're really on top of their game and always know what's going on. The medical staff makes it worth staying at this office, but if I were responsible for hiring, I'd surely clean house up front and a put a few smiling faces up there.

The office is very thorough and personable The nurse asked me questions and there wasn't a lot of paperwork for my first visit. I thought they did a great job of making sure I was comfortable and knew what to expect.

If you have the choice DO NOT receive your prenatal care here. Although I did like my doctor, Dr. Reeves - He's not the one I had to deal with on a regular basis. Plan to be on hold for 20+ minutes every time you call. They just transfer you from person to person every time I needed something because no one wants to help you. I went into preterm labor at 24 weeks and was then high risk. I was having concerns and ended up just going to the ER because I called to see what I should do/if it was normal what was occurring since this is my first pregnancy, and they said they couldn't advise me to do anything and they'd have someone call me back once the doctor was in the building??? (He was doing a C-Section and wouldn't be back for 2 hours..) In a moment of panic, 2 hours seems like a life time. The staff at the office is so incredibly rude! I needed my medical records sent because I switched OBGYN's (for obvious reasons) and the women said it'd be A MONTH before she would get to my request...? Then proceeded to tell me that I should have requested it earlier if I really needed it. If I'm seeing a new doctor (I'm on weekly visits) do you really think I'm making appts for 4+ weeks out? NO. It didn't make sense. ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM LCWS!!!!! You will not receive the attention and help you need during what can be a stressful time, especially for first time mom's like me!

I have had nothing by a good experience since coming to LCWS. They are all very friendly and go above and beyond for their patient. I appreciate them always being there for me and taking their time to address any of my concerns.

They have always been very kind and caring towards me. At my first visit everyone was very welcoming and informative. They explained everything to me and made me feel at ease.
