        I have a family of 4, My husband went to pay are sewage bill, And they said our water was turned off. But insured us it would be turned back on that same day. The bill was paid and they fax the work order out to the guys in the field to restore our water. No one ever came out, Nor was there a emergency line to have someone come out after hours, to turn it on. The next day My husband returned to the office, And explained no one ever showed up. They insured again are water would be turned back on and apologized. Last night I return to find no one ever showed up again, This is unacceptable. Two days with no water. Someone should be held accountable for this.
