Xpressions Hair & Nail Salon

I will say the stylist Anna is very good and I have enjoyed her skills with my hair, I will never return to this salon under any circumstances. The owner is rude and does not understand when to leave a situation alone. No client needs an owner in his/her face over a mistake that the owner made at confirming an appointment. This woman should not be in business, but then again, if this is how such conducts herself, I don't know of any salon/spa that would tolerate her unprofessional behavior.

This is by no means a "five star" salon, with that being said... The minute I walked in the door the girls at the desk were cold as ice. They barely acknowledged me.. They were more concerned about gossiping with each other. Also, here's a thought for any hairstylist, manicurist, or whatever... When I go to salons it's my one chance to relax and not have to think about making dinner, doing laundry, or cleaning, and the last thing I want to listen to are a bunch of women in their 30s acting like they are in middle school..It's constant complaining from all these girls.. They lack professionalism... I mean for gosh sakes I had to see a hairstylist get ready for work while I'm trying to relax, and all she did was complain about her over processed hair... This will be the last time I will be going to Xpressions, and I will NOT be recommending this salon to anyone.. I will be recommending that people stay far away from this crazy salon..
