Overall
poor..unnacceptable

From the start the waitress Charity L. was rude. No smile, no chat, just a wonderful "go kill yourself" attitude. Didn't take my co-workers drink order, tried to over charge me for a pizza, and when I walked to my car, her obvious no-tip sitting on my receipt paper on the table, she chased us out to harass us about not leaving one. When I went back inside to ask her how she dare be so unprofessional she proceeded to confront me about how she didn't recurve proper tipping for her horrible attitude in front of this poor older couple trying to enjoy their meal. I get better customer service at Mcdonalds. Never in my life have I ever been treated with such disdain from a family owned restaurant. I love the food, but me and my 107 co-workers in my department will NEVER even look towards this establishment again.

Overall

I placed on order for delivery and was told when I placed my order that it would take an hour and fifteen minutes. I called at an hour and half and they said that my order had left the store but I suspect that they had made a mistake. At two hours I called again and I was put on hold for five minutes, during this the delivery arrived but after the person came on I said that I wanted to speak to the manager. After ten minutes on hold I hung up. My order was not correct and not very appetizing; everything was cold and soggy. This is very disrespectful treatment and they have gotten my last cent. Avoid the disappointment and do not order from these people.

Overall
Non smoking section smells like smoke!

We have been eating at Zorbas for years at the St. Andrews location and love it.....Food is great, service is fantastic and non smoking section smells clean. The Chapin location is complete opposite! You can smell smoke as soon as you enter! Service is mediocre at best from older staff. Young staff are more polite and nice. We left because smell of smoke was so bad and the Manager could care less. Not Good!

Not for Old People

I took my wife and her 86 y.o. mother here twice in two weeks. The first time, we were sitting in a booth opposite the bar (smoking section), and there was a guy at the bar, throwing the F*** word around profusely. I talked with the waitress and then the manager about this, and they got the guy to "tone it down" a bit.

On our second visit, we were seated in the same proximity, with the same guy still throwing around the F*** word, and this time I went straight to the Manager. He told me that this guy was a "regular", and I could just go somewhere else to eat, if we had a problem. He was not about to call down his "regular"! I told the Manager, that it was nearing 8:00 PM, and my 86 y. o. mother-in-law needed to eat, and there were not many other options. The Manager, gracefully agreed to let us exit the front entrance, and go to the other entrance, for the non-smoking area.

Upon entering this area, we met a very nice lady, that paid attention to every detail, in trying to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. It turned out, she was the Manager's mother. I thanked her for her service and attention to detail, but I could not tell this lady she failed to raise her son to her standards.

OBTW, when I went outside the non-smoking section to take a smoke, I ran into the F*** guy. I talked with him about his language, and he apologized and said I should have said something to him. Well, I never got the chance!

If you don't mind the vulgar language around your wife, girlfriend, significant other, or your elders, they have pretty good food and excellent pizza. If you mind the vulgar language, then you probably should go elsewhere, as the manager is more concerned with keeping his bar regulars than developing a relationship with someone dining there.

Yummy grubbs

The neat thing about this resturant is that it has added a lunch buffet for all of those who are in a hurry. The buffet is great. Everday they have different items so no one will get bored with the same weekly routine. The collard greens are especially my favorite. If the buffet does not sound appealing, they have a variety of food to suite other tastes. They have a mixture of wings, fish, hamburgers, Beaufort Broil, salads, sandwhiches, and the list goes on. The ymix up a reular menu with Greek items as well. I adore the Greek Talapia and veggies, it always seems to hit the spot. The portions are large, therefore one meal can easily be made into two. The Greek potatoes are wonderful and a def. must have.

Extremely slow service. Must wait for hostess to actually find time to come to the front and seat you.
