Bi-Lo

I don'tbaare how much you remodel you will never hold a candle to Publix. When the lady having to carry her screaming Infant Has to bag her own items and it's offered no assistance to her car with 5 or more Associates literally standing around doing nothing. I cannot wait for the new Publix open!

I love to shop at the Bi-Lo in Chapin. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. I've been shopping there for years and each experience is a positive one.

My wife went to the Bi-Lo in Chapin, SC. She purchased several grocery items and in checking out, asked for $50 back in cash. The clerk (may have been a manager) gave her a 50-dollar bill. She said that she would rather have two 20-dollar bills and a a 10-daollar bill. The clerk told her that was all she had to give. The attitude of the clerk was stiff and pointed. I think the customer should be able to ask for a reasonable request without having a "tough luck" reply.
