This hub works in tandem with both Durham and Chapel Hill. Living in Durham, when one sees packages arriving at this hub, delays are certain. I always opt for expedited shipping, and when packages arrive at the Durham hub, they are delivered on time or earlier than promised. The Chapel Hill hub is quite the opposite, garnering up to two day delays in delivery. My latest instance inconsistency involves a cellular purchase made on a Friday morning for a special Overnight Saturday delivery. Not only was my packaged confirmed delayed on Saturday morning before 9am by both email and UPS customer service, but the package arrived before noon to a facility that is apparently closed on weekends. Not opening again until 3pm the following Monday, I opted for customer pick-up. After calling, another email was sent, changing the delivery date back from Monday to late Saturday night. Having selected customer pickup, an irreversible selection without incurring fees, I am stuck without a phone for now
