        There was excessive miscommunication in scheduling the survey of my property as well as the date of installation of my fence. Upon installion of the fence, the workers mistakedly cut the phone wire and, as a result, I was without phone service for two to three days. In addition, the workers ran out of nails which resulted in me doing minor repairs immediately thereafter. I would be extremely hesitant in considering them for future home improvement repairs

        Terrible experience!



        When we put an offer on our new home we had Long Fence come out and do a quote to fence in the yard for our dog. We agreed to move forward with the fence after we moved in and received approval from our HOA.



        Before we even owned the house we got a call from our Realtor stating that Long Fence went over to the home and installed the fence!!! It was not even our house yet and we did not have HOA approval.



        We had selected a financing option for the fence and kept calling Long Fence to get the bill to us. A couple of months later we finally received the billing documents to sign which were for the wrong amount. So, we had a long process and multiple phone calls to get the proper amount sent to us. We filled out the documents and called every few weeks or to find out where our bill was. We later found out that bills were being sent to the wrong address and we had incurred late penalties for the past two months with our account (Wells Fargo financing plan). Wells Fargo was pretty helpful but could not make changes to our account on behalf of Long Fence. Long Fence basically told us we were on our own and that's too bad.



        It has been six months and this is still not resolved!

        We could not be more delighted with our Long Fence deck and garden fencing. The service was GREAT and the workmanship extraordinary. The crew finished early and took great pride in their work.
