Edible Arrangements

The worst customer service ever is very true. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS or the owners. Farak (I'm not sure exactly how to spell her name) is extremely rude. She said she's one of the owners. Prior to placing an order with this company, I called and spoke with Mike several times. He assured me they could make my order and I could pick it up on Sunday. After I placed my order online and paid for it, Farak called me back and said they cannot open the store on Sunday so I can pick it up. I told her Mike assured me I could pick up the order before placing it and he gave me his personal cell phone number to call the day of pick up to make sure someone was available. Farak said she knows he was trying to accommodate my pick up but something changed and they cannot do it. I told her after I placed the order and relied on the information it's a little late for me to make adjustments. She said she doesn't care it's not a big deal I can call another store. I told her my money was already on hold for their location...nothing. RUDE is very true for this place. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT. Shady owner and rude practices!!! BEWARE!
