My braces are off today and my smile looks great. After a 16 month journey with the Crutchfield team I'm thrilled with the results. Dr. Crutchfiield worked with me patiently to listen to any and all concerns to ensure I was satisfied with my new smile. Donna zinged and daisy chained me to keep my pearly whites stable while we laughed and chatted about food, news, and fashion. Donna was more invested in my journey and results than I could hope for as she treated my teeth as if they were her own. Years of gaps and crooked teeth are now behind me. The office staff welcomed me for each visit and worked tirelessly to schedule appointments, answer insurance questions, and review my billing questions. I recommend Dr. Crutchfield and his team to any adult looking to create a new smile for themselves. I will miss this office and the rare find of customer service they offer at Orthodontics By Crutchfield. This is a great place to go for braces, they will make you smile;0)

We love Dr. Crutchfield and his staff! Everyone is always so nice and really seem like they are having fun. I have 2 girls who both just got their braces on and I have nothing but positive things to say so far. My son has also been doing his retainer follow-ups with Dr. Crutchfield after moving her from Ohio and even though he was not Dr. Crutchfield's patient for the braces, he welcomed him with open arms. Thank you all for making this a good, positive experience for all 3 of my children.

If you need braces/orthodonic work, this is the place to go! What an amazing team! I am terrified of all things dental and I can honestly say I miss going to my monthly appointments! The staff is really laidback, friendly and helpful. I was the patient that defied the norm on everything. (My teeth wouldn't budge after extractions, etc). Donna (who is absolutely amazing!!!!!!) and Dr. Crutchfield were dilligent and agressive with my treatment plan and my teeth look fantastic! You won't find a better/more professional team anywhere in the District, Maryland, and Virginia area!

" A place where everyone knows your name!!! That's right...as I walked thru the door I was welcomed by 4 moms I knew right in the waiting area! Having come straight from school, my kids were ushered back to brush their teeth in the fabulous wavy sink....then off to play video games during the brief wait to go see Dr Crutchfield :) The entire staff is professional & quite attentive to both their patients and parents - addressing all needs & questions. I hate to say it, but my kids actually ENJOY going to this dr visit!!! Looking forward to straight teeth & fabulous smiles in the future!!!

Dr. Crutchfield has always been on time for every one of our appointments. He and his staff are kind, courteous and spend the time explaining what is being done. They also take the time answering questions that I might have. It's a wonderful practice!
