Can it be any worse?

I initiated my at&t wireless service at the Chantilly wireless jungle store. When I received my first bill to make changes to the service which had been entered incorrectly at the store. I recently upgraded my at&t service to a blackberry curve. I visited the Chantilly store yesterday to purchase accessories for my new phone. They tell me it's a discontinued model. I've had it less than 2 weeks and, being discontinued, the only accessories left in stock are the most expensive. I bit the bullet and bought what I needed which included a memory card. The girl at the counter asked if I wanted her to insert the memory card. She did this. I left the store. Twenty minutes later, my car broke down. I was on the side of the road trying to call for help before I realized she had not placed my sim card back in the phone. The conversation the three girls in the store were having about hair and nails when I came in (and continued the entire time I was in the store) must have been too hard to ignore until the sale was finished. I walked 2.5 miles back to the store to find they had closed. I walked another 1.5 miles back to my office to use the phone to call the Wireless Jungle to find that they do not have voice mail or an after hours number. What the hell? These people sell at&t service!

At&T is not bad service, but deal with them online, skip the store!
