Overall

Best Chinese food in the East Valley

After an excellent review from Phoenix Magazine, we first decided to try Toa Garden six years ago. The food has always been excellent and consistent. It is the best Chinese food we have had in AZ since moving here from Boston 15 years ago. The prices are also resonable.

Awful, disgusting food.

The chicken tasted like dried rubber.

The beef had an odor of rotten goat.

Do not go here.

On the flip side, very nice staff, but terrible food!!
